Science Advisory Board Consultation

At the beginning of this study, EPA’s Office of Water asked the EPA Science Advisory Board (SAB) to provide consultative advice in response to initial study design documents.  The SAB’s Environmental Economic Advisory Committee was then augmented with members of other SAB committees to conduct this consultation in December 2011.
