Course Description: This Webcast provides an overview of the updated Tribal 319 Handbook (PDF) (182 pp, 7.6MB, About PDF). The Handbook is a helpful resource for tribes preparing to join the 319 program, as well as for tribes who currently have a nonpoint source pollution program. The Webcast highlights components of each of the three main sections of the Handbook, and features two tribal case studies.
