Course Description: The first part of the Webcast will cover sources of complementary funding and ways to access it through federal and non-federal partnerships. Tribes may have to adapt and update assessment reports, management plans, and work plans in light of climate change, natural disasters, or increased knowledge of nonpoint source pollution issues on tribal lands. In the second part of the Webcast, EPA staff will describe the necessary steps for making such updates, and tribal case studies will highlight instances where it was critical to adapt their 319 program. This second half of the Webcast builds upon the Webinar from August 12th, 2009, which covered Nonpoint Source Assessment Report and Management Plan Development.
