TMDL Performance Measure for Section 106 of the Clean Water Act under the Program Assessment and Rating Tool (PART)

The measures in this table were designed as a national performance indicator of state TMDL establishment. Although the information is presented on a state-by-state basis for informational purposes, the user should be cautioned that annual performance in a given state for a specific year may vary year-to-year. The information cannot be used as a strict comparison between state performance in any given year.
