QUESTION: Must the Commitments, in the form of Memorandum of Understandings, from station managers and news directors (referred to in the Evaluation Factors) be submitted with the Application?

ANSWER: Yes, applicants must submit (with their Applications), the Memorandum of Understandings, from station managers and news directors to produce and broadcast 8–10 national, local and/or regional (on-air stories) consisting of 3–4 minutes, or other appropriate lengths in each of 4–9 media outlets (stations). This is one of the Evaluation Factors.
